'America's Got Talent' Finale Shock

The buzz throughout this season of 'America's Got Talent' has centered around pint-sized opera singer Jackie Evancho and campy Prince Poppycock.

Viewers were therefore shocked last night when singer Michael Grimm was named the show's champion. Black light illusionists Fighting Gravity placed third.

Evancho was gracious in defeat, saying that she hoped to sing for America again. Grimm, meanwhile, seemed surprised and asked, 'Is this really happening?'

'Big Brother,' 'Masterchef' and 'Top Chef' also crowned winners last night, proving that there is no end to the number of new stars created by reality TV.
